Lawyers in Local Government (LLG) has been created from the merge of ACSeS and SLG

Full Membership for a local authority employee
The annual membership subscription is currently £250 for Full Members who are employed in local authorities with varying subscription fees for additional members within one authority as below.

1. Full Membership, for any member paying all their subscription personally £250
2. Full Membership, for members from London Boroughs, Unitary Authorities, County Councils and Met Districts whose combined membership fee is paid by their local authority £250 fee payable for first member, £248 for a second member and £10 for any subsequent members.   
3. Full Membership, for members from District or Borough Councils and all other Local Authorities and bodies whose combined membership fee is paid by their local authority or body. Combined total fee of £250 and £10 individual fee payable by each subsequent member.          
4. All additional members joining ACSeS as full members under 2 and 3 above paying £10 would enjoy full membership benefits with the exception of the Member Defence Scheme.

Past Service Members of ACSeS who are employed, other than by a local authority, the membership subscription is £185

Past Service Members of ACSeS who are not employed the subscription is £40.

Other Memberships

Associate Membership: £25

International Membership: £25

The 10 regional Branches of ACSeS may levy an additional subscription to cover their meeting and other expenses.

The membership year runs for April in the current year to April of the following year.
