Who we are
ACSeS Council and Directors
The company at its annual meeting appoints twelve honorary officers who are Directors of the Company. These are the President, First, Second and Third Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Communications Officer, Solicitor and six Portfolio Officers.
The Honorary Officers form the Board of Directors together:
- with the immediate Past President and Past Presidents from the previous 3 years,
- the representative nominated by Solicitors in Local Government Limited
- one representative nominated as such from each Branch.The Branch Representatives may each nominate an alternate Director from their Branch to vote in the absence of the particular Branch representative.
ACSeS Council meets four to six times per year as the Board of the Company.
